Prevents wild yeast, bacteria growth, and oxidation

Also use to remove chlorine/chloramine from tap water

1 tablet per gallon of must or water for a sanitizer

1 tablet will treat 6 gallons of beer or wine as anti oxidant

1 tablet will treat up to 20 gallons of tap water to remove chlorine
